Tasty, and easy to warm-up the next day.

Decided to try these as I love the the Invisible Chef products that I have tried, and knew these would be better (homemade) versions of store bought toaster pastries that (in my opinion) are really pretty nasty. My son and husband loved these, so I’m back for more and figured I would try a batch with a homemade fruit jam inside for a fruit version, as well as another cinnamon batch.

I got these started (dough, rolling out and cutting out into rectangles and did the egg wash and filling), and put in the fridge before I started dinner. After dinner I took them out of the fridge, baked, cooled & frosted. The next morning I heated in the microwave for 15 seconds on about 50% of power and they were delicious with a cup of hot coffee.
