Peaches & Creme Coffee & Tea Cake Mix

Enjoyed the tea cake very much. Best ever.

Very few peaches so I added some slivered almonds. It didn’t have a strong smell when it was cooking and although it tasted like peach while warm when it cooled the peach taste was faint.

I usually make these into muffins and love them with coffee. I also add blueberries and use fat free Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to make them "healthier," or maybe I just want to think so! ha! But they are wonderful--light and not too sweet.

Easy to make ; moist with bits of real peach. Great for dessert with fresh peach slices or a breakfast bread with butter.
